Stop! paying rent at a storage facility & turn your unused treasures into ca$h!

On the last Saturday of each month (see schedule below), Outback will provide both indoor spaces in one of our event facilities, and outdoor spaces along the driveways and in the grassy areas around our event facilities.

Calendar.  The LAST Saturday of the month

• April 26; May 31; June 28; July 26; August 30; September 27; October 25
• No yard sales in January, February, March, November & December.

More Details.  

• Pre-Payment over the phone with a credit card to greatly facilitate entry of sellers.
• Payment is final.  No refunds.
• No selling of any food or drinks.
• No commercial vendors - individuals & families only.
• Spaces are available on a first-come, first choice basis.  Arrive early and choose the spot you want.

Hours of operation: 6 AM - 1 PM

• Seller Setup begins at 6 AM
• Open to general public: 7 AM - NOON
• Sellers pack-up and leave no later than 1 PM.
• Sellers MUST take all of their unsold items - nothing to be left behind.

Indoor Spaces.

• A limited number of indoor spaces are available.
• Pre-payment required to reserve an indoor space.
• Each single space will receive one 6' table and two chairs.
• Double spaces will receive two 6' tables and two chairs.
• Extra tables will be provided if/as available.

Outdoor Spaces.

• Sellers in outdoor areas must bring their own tables on which to display their wares, and are welcome to bring a canopy.
• Trailers welcome.
